Founded in 1979, Wuxi Zhenxin Special Textiles Co., Ltd. is a company engaged in the research & development and manufacturing of high-grade elastic fiber and knitted fabrics. It is located in Wuxi, a famous industrial and commercial city in Eastern China, about 170 kilometers away from Shanghai. The Company grew out of Wuxi County Qianzhou Printing and Dyeing Mill specialized in the dyeing and after-finishing of synthetic fiber fabrics and it was the first dyeing and finishing factory specialized in synthetic fiber fabrics in Eastern China. The Company set up Knitting and Warp Knitting factory and the Zhenxin Brand in 2000 to provide better services in the industry. Later, the Company further expanded the production lines of napping and printing to provide customers with one-stop services.

The Company mainly produces thythetic fiber type, warp knitted and weft knitted fabrics. It mainly uses polyester, nylon and spandex as its raw materials. Its products cover garment fabrics, medical fabrics and engineering fabrics for bags. For garment fabrics, it mainly provides high-quality underwear fabrics, swimsuit fabrics and functional fabrics for sports and casual wear. Its products are mainly exported to European and American markets.

The Company also pays attention to its social responsibilities. It invested and established Shangpin solarCo., Ltd. in 2004 for providing good clean energy for the society to make contribution to the environmental protection undertakings. In addition, the Company invested more than 5 million RMB in establishing waste water pre-treatment equipment to ensure the purification of waste water from dyeing this year. It also invested more than 2 million RMB in installing smoke-dust treatment equipment to greatly reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and toxic gases. In 2016, it also replaced the natural gas boilers to further reduce the emission of dust and greenhouse gases.
